Nightingale Property Services based out of East St. Paul MB started with the owner         Quinn Nightingale finding a love for being an entrepreneur in early 2022 at 14 years old by starting a window washing company "ESP Window Washing" that set fundemental building blocks to grow Nightingale Property Services to where it is today. 

As time went on Quinn started doing small landscaping jobs with a passed down older small skid steer that he got running so he could use it on jobs, that quickly turned into buying a truck of his own at 15 years old and fixing that truck to start his real journey as a business owner once he got his license at 16 years old.

As time goes on with Quinn finishing up his last year of highschool in 2025 he continues to get work done with his fleet of equipment he has built up over the last couple of years he looks forward to going full time and getting many more quality projects completed with his equipment and team of hard working individuals!
